Located in Grand Island, Nebraska; Buckingham Poodles is committed to raising and breeding gorgeous red standard poodles from champion AKC lines. We are a very small breeding program with only one litter a year-unless an un-planned breeding between our two dogs would occur. We produce loving and loyal companions for you to add to your family.
Wherever we go our poodles get lots of attention. People consistently come up to us to comment on what beautiful dogs we have; then usually comes the question, "Are they standard poodles? I didn't know they came in that color." I just giggle inside because I have heard that comment so many times.
I strive to produce happy poodles that will enjoy a long life with your family. My goal as a breeder is to increase the number of red standard poodles with both excellent health and temperament. I want people to know that standard poodles come in a whole variety of different colors other than just black and white; all the colors of the standard breed are gorgeous. I also want people to see that poodles aren't just show dogs, they are amazing family dogs who love to spend time playing and cuddling with their owners.
An added bonus is that poodles are non-shedding, therefore you don't have to constantly clean up dog hair around your house and they are safe for people with allergies.
You will notice that I use the word "adopted" instead of bought or purchased because I feel that if you're including a dog into your life, you are in fact adopting a new member of your family.
